Getting Egg Happy!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Jan from MT and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I fried 3 eggs in butter, as per my usual method. I ate one of the three. I prepared them because I was hungry. I thought the flavor was fresh and light (no rubbery or thick taste). The yolk was a good color and it had a more "egg" flavor that I liked. It took a little longer to get the "lace" on the edge.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I appreciate it. A happy hen lays better tasting eggs!
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I will use them in my wonderful potato salad. My husband and extended family love it! We eat my potato salad during every holiday and family gathering all summer long!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We live to go RVing and boating together because it is active and relaxing. I love to play cantata with anyone who is willing to sit down to a game of cards!
The Happy Egg tasted so fine it perked up my day!
