From Hen to Hand

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Julie from OR and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made two eggs, scrambled, with a little milk.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I find it commendable that an egg company would care about their hens.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I will make chicken or eggplant parmesan for my family. The eggs are used to help the breadcrumbs stick.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We go camping or hiking, without electronics. It keeps a family bonded.
Great, sturdy packaging and the eggs look like they were hand plucked on a farm.
