Free Range, Guilt Free, Full of Flavor

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Melanie from ID and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
We had scrambled eggs and toast. The eggs were whisked and cooked with a little butter. The eggs were light and flavorful.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I have a few issue with the way livestock is treated in this country. I prefer products that take the welfare of the animals into account.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I like the taste of eggs and would probably just fry and scramble these in the morning.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Hiking, camping, and visiting hot springs.
The prospect was tasty and the chickens didn't have to suffer needlessly.
