Fluffy And Delicious

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Emily from PA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
With the eggs I made eggs over easy with green peppers put in. I simply broke the egg over sauteed green peppers and cooked accordingly. I noticed that the eggshell seemed a bit firmer when I cracked the egg. The egg white was fluffy.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I believe it is like anything -- quality in, quality out. When you take good steps in the front part (treatment, etc.), the quality you yield of a product is better.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I will make an overnight baked French toast for our family. Our kids enjoy it. It is topped with a butter/brown sugar crumble. I make this often because for a busy mom of four with not much time, it is easier to prep.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We love going to Disney. We are obsessed lol. It's a welcoming experience for the whole family.
The eggs had a great taste that shows the quality of the product.
