Farm-Raised Difference

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Sarah from OR and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I do a simple sunny-side up egg with toast and butter in the mornings. The flavor was good and fresh. I don't typically buy brown eggs but I like these.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I feel better about buying eggs, their freshness and how they were made, and treatment of animals.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
My favorite use of eggs is in breakfast burritos, with fresh veggies in a flour tortilla and salsa...comfort food.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
My family and friends like to cook outside and travel to new places.
It's a delicious experience. I'm so glad I tried; there is a difference between eggs that are farm raised.
