In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Sara from PA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I quickly fried an egg with salt and pepper in a frying pan. I placed the egg over a piece of buttered whole wheat toast. I chose this method to evaluate the eggs because I wanted to taste the egg by itself and it's quick.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I feel very good about it. I don't like to feed my family factory farmed animal products.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I love making quiche for family get togethers. It's the best way to make a new dish out of whatever leftover vegetables and meat I cooked during the week.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Me and my 3 kids love to go play in natural water sources. We have lots of creeks in our area with deeper holes for swimming. We also live on the shores of lake erie and love playing on the sand at our local beach.
Eat foods that are treated the way you want you family treated.
