Eggs-actly what your breakfast needs(and lunch and dinner)!
In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Kellie from Denham Springs, LA and here’s what she had to say:

Q:
How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A:
I pan-fried my eggs in a small amount of butter and seasoned them with salt and pepper.

Q:
What was your first impression of the packaging?
A:
The packaging impressed me in that it was more brightly colored and more decorated compared to the other egg cartons around it, so it stood out and was easy to locate. It’s bright color and multi-print graphics and logo design incited happiness.

Q:
What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A:
I appreciate its commitment to raising free range hens and providing organic, hormone-free eggs. I try to buy organic foods as much as possible, especially milk and dairy products, in attempt to eat and live healthier. It can be difficult to find products that are clean-eating and hormone-free!

Q:
Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found at happyegg.co/recipes/ )
A:
I would like to try the Italian Fried Egg and Portabella Burger. It sounds like a new and modern take on something my family eats often—burgers! I would love to make a healthier, tastier burger using fresh, cleaner ingredients! Although all the other recipes sound delicious as well, and I’d like to try them all!
