Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

I prepared scrambled eggs because we are a busy family that depends on this protein-packed breakfast staple 3-4 times a week. Immediately, I noticed the whites were clear, not cloudy, like many brands. My picky eater and I tasted them and both agreed the Happy Eggs had a lighter, fresher taste.

Right now, our family is loving a good frittata. So far, we have played it safe with onions, bacon, and spinach. I would love to try a shrimp frittata topped with bruschetta.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We love to travel and read.... and listen to books when we travel! We love disc golf, bike riding, and mountain towns. Mostly, we love time together.
I am excited about the healthy benefits of including Happy Eggs in our active lives!
