Egg Eater Branches Out To New Brand

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Kate from TN and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I scrambled the eggs with ham and one slice of cheese, prepared for high-protein lunch. Flavor was good and I would buy again. I typically buy organic eggs and like seeing another option out there.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I like it. Growing up, my great grandparents lived near Tyson hen houses and a processing plant. The treatment of hens is important to me and I also think it impacts egg quality and production.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would make baked macaroni, my famous deviled eggs, and many breakfast omelet and scrambled eggs with veggies and a light protein like Canadian bacon or turkey sausage.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We like playing outside in our backyard, going to our local zoo, taking advantage of city events and craft fairs, etc. We also like driving in the country in the fall. And we also like movie and game nights.
I loved preparing and eating these tasty eggs!
