Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made breakfast for dinner. We had eggs, hash browns, bacon, & toast. I had scrambled eggs & my husband had over easy. The yolks were a great dark yellow with lots of flavor.

How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

I think it is great that they go over and beyond raising their hens. I recently moved to Idaho and have come to have a better idea of how animals should be raised.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would put them in my famous homemade potato salad to give it that extra flavor. Also I need to learn to make deviled eggs and this would be the best egg for them. And of course I will share it all with my family & friends at a BBQ.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love to get together and have a BBQ and then play cards/games. And also just sit and reminisce with family & friends.
Eating fresh eggs feels like the right thing to do.
