I prepared the Happy Eggs scrambled (4 of them) with salt and pepper, olive oil, cut up chicken sausage, and onion. I topped them with cilantro. The eggs' flavor was delicious and it was a hearty meal.

I would make egg cupcakes; eggs and leftover fixing from our taco bowls, baked for 20 minutes in a muffin tin. Perfect for extended family over for brunch or a grab and go throughout the week.

We love playing boardgames as a family, taking time out of our busy day to connect with each other.
