Can Happy Eggs Make you Happy?

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Karen from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I chose to hard boil my Happy Eggs because I wanted to make deviled eggs for the 4th of July and I think you can better taste both egg whites and yolk when cooked this way. I was very pleased with the end result. Yolk was light and fluffy, not chalk-like as you sometimes get with caged birds. Egg white was also very flavorful. Neither left a bad aftertaste in my mouth like caged bird eggs do. Would buy again.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think it's very important to the quality of the product to have happy birds. You can literally taste the difference. I love hard-boiled eggs, but not the aftertaste. Not a problem with these eggs.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I will use Happy Eggs with deviled eggs at all summer bbqs!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We as a family love to hang out, bbq, listen to good music, dance and eat good food.
I LOVE the taste of Happy Eggs; Happy Birds=Happy Eggs= Happy Tummy!!
