I made an omelette with onions mushrooms spinach and tomato. I personally love eggs and relish any opportunity to eat them. What can one say you just can't beat organic!

Ethically handling our food supply equates to better meals for us to consume. I'm a believer in applying all animal welfare practices implemented today in the raising of our food.

I've been dying to try making some lemon pound cake. Lemon just adds that brightness to a summer's breakfast and these Happy Eggs I believe would make the happiest of cakes!

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

We like spending time playing board games or simply talking is a favorite past time, because sharing space with people you care about is important.
Happy eggs were egg-sactly what my tummy needed today! Yummmmm!
