Better Health Can Be Tasty

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Kathleen from OH and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made scrambled eggs for breakfast and served them with buttered toast. It was very tasty.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am really pleased that they are better than most so-called "free range" operations, which actually don't allow the chickens access to pasture. I'm glad their chickens have a great life.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I think these would make a great veggie quiche. It would be perfect for a casual family breakfast, but could also be served at a fancy party, accompanied by a green salad.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love swimming in the creek with friends. It keeps you cool on hot, summer days.
Happy hens, better taste, and better nutrition make Happy Eggs a winner!
