An Egg-cellent Review

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Libby from CO and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made one egg into cheesy eggs, prepared in a skillet stove top. I cooked and stirred the egg, then removed from heat and added some shredded cheddar cheese. It's how I usually eat eggs, and it tasted good. It had a fresh flavor, nice and white.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
Good. Hopefully they are truly happy vs "cage-free" which still means they live in bad conditions.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would make deviled eggs, potato salad with chopped eggs, and cookies.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We love swimming, reading, and relaxing at the pool because without those things life is dull.
They taste good, the packaging is appealing.
