We talked to Beth from Mckinney , TX and here’s what she had to say:
Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found HERE on their website).
A: I would love to try all of the recipes. Eggs are a good breakfast and lunch and dinner. I love to make dishes with eggs.
Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A: I think free range hens are happy hens. The more land the hens have to free range in the more they have to eat and mire room to free range.

A: I love to make different kinds of omlets with all kinds of vegetable. I love to make quiche with my eggs.
Q: Did the packaging stand out to you?
A: I could not find the product in the store. It was not on the shelf in the store.
Q: What’s a go-to recipe for you that requires eggs?
A: I love to make quiche with a pie crust. I put ham or turkey in the quiche with sautéed onions.
Q: What do you think of Happy Egg’s partnership with their farmers?
A: I think it is fantastic to educate about healthy happy hens. Small family farmers get left out and it’s great to include them.
