Massaging Your Hair…Oh, I Mean Brushing!

In Partnership with KareCo

We talked to Maria from MD and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us about your hair + hair care routine.

A
My hair is pretty long and thick. During the week, I shower at night, brush it and get the tangles out, then let it air dry overnight and sometimes run a brush through it in the morning. if it's frizzy, then I'll flat iron it or try to brush it straight. On the weekend, it's a lot more styling with a hair dryer and round brush. I already use one type of detangling brush for after I shower, so I'm interested to see how this works.
Q
Tell us about your experience with the KareCo Tangle Buster Brush.

A
I used it right after the gym. My hair was wet and tangled. It was weird at first but it gave my scalp a nice massage. It was still a little difficult to get the knots out but not too bad. It is definitely a good brush for after the shower or after the gym. I'm not sure how it would do for short hair.
Q
Where do you get your hair inspiration?

A
I usually see things on Instagram and Pinterest. If I want to learn something, then I'll YouTube it!
Q
Who would you recommend a KareCo Tangle Buster Brush to?

A
I'd probably recommend to my mom since she has unruly hair.
Q
What was your favorite design element of the KareCo Tangle Buster Brush?

A
I think that it's easy to get through and the bristles are nice.
My favorite thing about this brush was the feeling of getting a scalp massage, and it was so relaxing!
